I’m trying to remember if the Chincoteague Island is in Maryland. I went one summer with my ex-husband & children. We had a wonderful time!! Would that be considered a day trip?

Annapolis! It’s beautiful there. Nice small town near the water and it has the Naval Academy. I used to live in MD so I would know 🙂

I’ve been to Annapolis several times. I took a short boot tour exploring lighthouses. It is a nice place to visit. Thanks for commenting!

I ask the question so I should answer it for myself. My favorite day trip is St. Michaels, MD in Talbot County. My favorite weekend trip is Deep Creek Lake in Garrett County. One place I’m looking forward to visiting is Berlin, MD in Worcester County. Berlin was named one of the 100 coolest small towns in America.
